Glenhaven Covenants
The Glenhaven Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Easements, recorded in 1993, sets the core guidelines to preserve our neighborhood's charm, property values, and peaceful atmosphere. These rules cover home exteriors, landscaping, architectural changes, and common area use, ensuring our tree-lined streets and well-kept homes stay consistent for all residents. Amendments have been added over time to address evolving needs while honoring the original vision. View or download the full document and updates for complete details. The HOA board is happy to answer any questions.

Glenhaven Bylaws
The Glenhaven Homeowners Association Bylaws outline the operational framework for our community, detailing how the HOA is governed, board elections and responsibilities, meeting procedures, voting rights, and financial management. Adopted alongside the neighborhood's development in 1993 and updated as needed, these bylaws ensure fair, transparent, and efficient administration while supporting the shared goals of maintaining our welcoming, well-kept neighborhood. They work hand-in-hand with the covenants to protect property values and foster neighborly harmony. View or download the full Bylaws and any amendments below for complete details. The board is available to clarify any questions.
Glenhaven ACC Form
The Glenhaven Architectural Control Committee (ACC) reviews and approves all exterior modifications, additions, or improvements to homes and properties to maintain the neighborhood's consistent appearance, property values, and harmonious character as outlined in our Covenants. This includes changes like painting, fencing, decks, landscaping alterations, solar panels, roofing, or any structural work visible from the street or common areas. Submitting a complete ACC request form ensures timely review (typically within 30 days) and helps avoid delays or compliance issues. Download the ACC Request Form to submit in person or via mail, or fill out the online version here. Be sure to complete it with details and supporting documentation (e.g., plans, photos, material samples). We're here to guide you through the process; feel free to contact us with questions before starting your project!
