We’re excited to share the latest community updates for May 2026!

Community Highlights & Reminders:
Congratulations to all graduates in our community — elementary, middle, high school, or college.
Great job! Ya’ll did it!
Board Member Elections are coming up. If you are interested in becoming a board member, please
reach out to the current Board. More information about elections is coming soon.
A homeowner is planning a weekly community movie night in June. It will be held every Thursday
at 7PM. We will be handing out flyers with information about the movies being shown. The movies
selected are family friendly. Bring your own chair and snacks. First movie night will be June 4th.
We now have a website: glenhavenhoa.org. It is a work in progress, but we will be posting events,
forms, and have the ability to make dues payments. Please visit and we would love to hear some
feedback.
Burning yard debris is now prohibited per Cobb County. The burn ban goes through September
30th. The Board will be enforcing by turning over offenders to the Fire Marshal. That will result in
citations and fines. Cobb County Burn Regulations
Please park your vehicle in your driveway if possible. Our roads are narrow and we need all the
room we can get. If you must, do not park in the grass or on the sidewalk. And remember to park with
the direction of traffic.
Slow down! The speed limit is 25 MPH. We have children playing in and near the road. We want
them to be safe when playing outside.
Please keep your home and yard looking nice. This will impact property values. If you need a
recommendation for a landscaping company, reach out to the Board. Our landscape company is great
and we can refer him to you.
